Theme of the week: How we grow and change.

Hello Sapitos parents, we will keep working on "how we grow and change” topic in which children will learn about the stages of life, our skeleton and bones and so much more... Children will also watch short videos related with the topic and keep practicing our songs, riddles and poems.

Goals of the week:

Cognitive:

·         Identify stages of life.

·         Importance of taking good care of our body.

·         Understanding how our body works.

Social/Emotional:

Llearn to Identify and enjoy  their stage of life.

Learning to be more social and independent.

Fine/gross motor skills: cut using scissors/ balance their body.

         Duerme bien en su cunita a veces sonríe un montón, es feliz con su mamita tomando su biberón.

Child of the week:

For this week, we don't have student of the week. If you have not signed yet you are still on time. Be sure to schedule your child for next week. Our Ositos really enjoy learning more about their classmates.

Student of the week:

We are very excited because Kayla Smith is going to be our Student of the week next week. We can’t wait to learn more about her!!!...

Friendly reminders and Upcoming Events:

        If you have a clean empty bottle of milk bring it to the school. We will talk about the importance of drinking milk , and we will need some in our dramatic center.

        Thursday: We will take our babies to a doctor’s appointment! Please send a baby doll or animal stuff with your child since we will have a vaccination campaign, so your children can learn in a fun way the importance about the vaccines, doctor checkups and healthy habits.

        Friday: Children can bring a toy or book related with Skeleton, bones, or stages of life. We will really appreciate if you can help us bringing this material. Remember children are allowed to bring toys and personal belongings just for special activities. Thanks for helping us enforcing the classroom’s rules.
