Theme of the Week (Tema De la Semana): “My Body”" Mi Cuerpo"

Hello Sapitos parents!

We hope everyone had a great week! Our Sapitos are having a blast learning more about our bodies/ Nuestro Cuerpo with all different activities we planned for them this past week. This week we will continue talking about the same theme and we will teach them how the digestive and respiratory systems work in our bodies. Also, they will learn about the importance of taking care of themselves by doing important things, such as: sleeping, eating healthy, and exercising every day. In addition, we will have a special activity on Friday. Children will pretend to be parents who take their baby to hospital for shots! 

Upcoming Events:

·         Sept 7th - Labor Day Sff! closed

·         Sept 10^th - Dr. Visit to Sff! (Make sure your child’s brings a baby doll or stuffed animal)

·         Sept 11^th – Grandparent’s Day

·         Sept 24- Fall pictures (more information is coming soon)

Friendly Reminders:

·         Please make sure your child wash his/her hands when he/she arrives at the classroom.

·         Please make sure your child has extra clothes and blanket in her/his cubby.

·         Please read your child’s journal every day that way you can know what your child is learning and you can support it at home.

·         Please make sure your child is not taking school toys home.

·         Please no toys allowed at class unless the teacher requires it for a special activity.
