Sapitos
Class
Miss
Silvia and Miss Sugey
Week
of December 14th – December 18th
Theme
of the week: “Christmas Project/Proyecto de Navidad”
Dear Sapitos Parents,
I hope you have had a great weekend! We are excited that our Holiday
party is on this week! Children have shown their artistic skills during rehearsals.
They have had fun and enjoyed doing their performance. For this week we will
continue talking about how Christmas is celebrated around the world. For
example, people sing songs in Mexico using a candle and walking out around the
house. Children will make their paper candle and pretend to celebrate Christmas
as they do in Mexico. Also, they will make a Christmas ornament for their
family and candy canes using bananas, strawberries and whip cream! In addition,
Santa Claus will come and visit our center. Children will be able to receive
their gift and take a picture with Santa. We will have a week full of fun,
creativity, and learning.
Special Events, Welcome and Birthdays (Eventos
especiales, Bienvenidas y Estudiante de la Semana.
We are very excited to have Colton Martin as the student of week. We are
sure we will enjoy her parents’ visit to our class.
