Hola Sapitos Parents:

Our Sapitos are doing a great job learning the new classroom rules; they are also doing well transitioning into their new environment, with their friends and with us. ¡Buen trabajo Sapitos!

This is the last week are working the theme “My Spanish for fun! and Me”, we will continue talking about our classroom rules and the new routine. Please review them at home with your child.

We will give emphasis to the next words in our vocabulary:

Working areas: area de trabajo

Blocks: bloques

Kitchen: cocina

Sand and water: arena y agua

Music: música

Art: arte

Manipulatives: manipulativos

Writing: Escritura

Science: ciencia

Books: libros

Computer: computadora

Special activity:
we will do free art where children will tear paper to develop fine motor skills and also create something fun using their imagination.

We have our Room Parents!! Thank you for volunteering to Ashley Kirkman (Lily´s mom), Sarah Porper (Amelie´s mom) and Lissy Simmons (Caleb´s mom).

Thank you parents for signing up in our activities: “Volunteers” and “Student of the Week”. We are still awaiting for some of you to be part of those activities. The sheets are posted on the door.

Please note Spanish for fun! will be closed on September 3rd due to Labor Day Holiday.
