“My country” “Mi pais”.

Hello Sapitos parents,

I am excited that we are in the month of March, the third month of the year! New activities, new games to play, and new ideas are ready for our Sapitos!
Our theme week is “My country”. We will talk about the history, geography, and important places of the United States. Children will learn more about each color on the American Flag that symbolizes three important characteristics.
To make it fun, we will pretend to travel around the United States. We will pretend that we are going to the airport we will present our passport to board the airplane which will take us to travel around of this country. Therefore, I may ask you please bring me pictures of the places that you and your child have visited. We will use them to show students to identify different cities, states, and places. They will have the time to share their experience in each place and what they liked the most on these trips.

We want to welcome to Alaina Carrion and Haley Nieman to our Sapitos class. They have been in Spanish for fun! since they were babies. We are very excited to have them with us!

Our pet, Sammy the frog, will be going to Milena’s house. We hope you enjoy your time together. Please record your memories to share with your friends in the classroom.

We would like to Wish the best to Vila Runyon Family. We will miss Gabriel and we wish you the best!

Make sure your child has a blanket in his/her cubby.
Toys are not allowed in the classroom, unless the teacher asks for them for a special activity. Also food, jewelry, and plastic bags are not allowed in the classroom. Thank you for your cooperation.
