Week of:February 20-24!!

Dear Sapitos Parents
 
Thank you for the wonderful Appreciation Week you carefully dedicated to
our teachers, we are very grateful to have children so wonderful and for
all their cards, hugs, kisses, flowers, food, candies, chocolates and
special things provided during this exceptional week. Gracias!
 
THEME OF THE MONTH: ¨The Plant kingdom¨
This week we will continue working on the vegetable kingdom, we will focus
on ¨Fruits¨. We will organize interesting activities like: use our senses
to identify some characteristics of the fruits, by smelling, looking and
feeling. Also we will be working on coloring each child´s favorite fruit
and continue observing the growth of our germinating seeds.

-The fruit- La fruta
-The apple – La manzana
-The watermelon- El melon
-The orange – La naranja
-The banana- El platano
-The strawberry – La fresa
-The pineapple – La pinia
-The pear- La pera
-The grapes- Las uvas
 
I encourage you to help your child practice the names of the fruits at the
grocery store, at home or wherever you have the opportunity.
