Hello Sapitos Parents:

I hope you had a great weekend. Last week our Sapitos Class was talking about different people who work in our community. To excite things, we pretended to be firemen, doctors, cooks, and construction worker, in our area of dramatization. They had fun a lot! They also liked the visit of Dr. Jakubowicz and Mrs. McDonna (nurse), which came during the week to talk to them more about their field of work. Thanks in advance parents for supporting this activity for our Sapitos! For this week, we will identify different kind of transportation that is around us. To make it more fun and unique we will play in a sand box with rocks and create a road on a pizza box!

Please: We would like your child be on time for circle time children learn about the theme of the week during this time. If it is not possible for you to do it, please make sure your child wash his/her hands and sitting down with the rest of the group.
                                                       
Important Upcoming Dates:

· On Thursday December 11^th, we will have our pretend supermarket day. It will be called “Sff! Supermarket” and we thanks all parents who donate different items to support this activity. Send with your child on Monday a Shopping paper bag.

· Santa Claus Visit - Tuesday December 16th Santa will be coming to greet the children and pass out presents! We ask for the parents to be Santa's elves: and bring a wrapped gift-book for each one of their children as we did last year. Please remember to label each gift with child's first and last name. You can place your toy underneath our Christmas tree in the lobby and look for your child/children’s classroom box.


· December 29: our HOLIDAY PARTY will be held at Cary Art Center (downtown Cary) Show will start at 4:00 pm. Parents and children should start arriving at 3:$5pm. You will receive a letter from us next week with more detail about this event and more information about any costume that we may need so we can start preparing in advance.
