Hello Sapitos Parents:

We want to thank all the parents that brought stuffed animals for our themed activities of the week. Last week our Sapitos had lots of fun having a safe safari activity in the class. For this week we will learn about sea animals. They will learn how sea animals can live close to the surface or deep under in between the plants or in caves. Also, we will talk about how some sea creatures feed off of vegetation or plants and there are also sea creatures that feed off of other sea creatures. To excite things, we will imagine us wearing our jogging suits and have a trip to the seabed. We will have activities, games, and crafts designed to strengthen comprehension and concept development in all subject areas while learning about ocean and the animals that make it their home.

Our Pet Sammy the frog will visit Lyla Pendleton’s house this week. Please don’t forget to take pictures to share with your friends in the classroom.

Please if you have at home eyewear to swim bring it on Monday, we will pretend we are swimming in the sea and we know the animals that live there. Also, if you have plastic sea creatures please bring them for an activity class.

Please:

Make sure your child has extra clothes at their cubby.

Make sure take your child’s blanket on Friday to wash it and bring it back on Monday.

Bring your child with gloves, hat, and heavy jacket.
